Dear Sir.
Old Swiss Dinar has value 1 Dinar = 3 US$, Why New Iraqi Dinar has such low Value that
1 US$ = 1223 Iraqi Dinar.
In Budget 2008 according to your statement that one Iraqi Dinar will be equal to One US$ ,either it is right or wrong.
I have 300000/- 25 Arabic Horse Swiss Iraqi Dinar and was changed in Iraq with 1 old Swiss Dinar = 150 New Iraqi Dinar and what is the method for the change of Old Dinars with new one’s for an out of Country people and was informed me that it is in use in Kurd’s area, either it is right or wrong.
Please reply me as early as possible about all matters which I have discussed.
